International Women’s Day!

For all the progress we’ve made towards equality for women, there are still so many mountains to climb. So today, on International Women’s Day, let’s acknowledge the strength, resilience, and limitless potential of women around the world.

Over the last 20 years, I’ve mentored and developed countless brand and marketing talent, and have seen firsthand how often female leaders underestimate themselves.

One of my gifts is seeing the innate potential in everything - whether people, brands, or businesses - and helping them see it, too. And watching an incredible talent start to see what’s possible for themselves, and live that out each day? Totally rewarding.

Sometimes in your career, you’ll be lucky enough to get a manager like me - focused on the human side of things as much as the business results we’re after. Willing to pour into team members and direct reports with coaching and guidance and support to succeed.

And sometimes, not so much.

Research shows that:

“Women who have access to mentoring and coaching are more likely to advance in their careers, negotiate higher salaries, and break through barriers that hold them back. Investing in mentorship and coaching for female talent isn't just about individual growth; it's about creating a more equitable and inclusive workforce where women can thrive and lead."

So today, on International Women’s Day, I want you to consider if you’re supported enough right now. Are you set up to succeed and grow to your highest potential?

If you’re not, where can you shift that dynamic? What could asking for more, or investing in more, do for you?

Whether it's through education, self-care practices, personal development, or seeking guidance from mentors and coaches, investing in yourself is a powerful step toward realizing your fullest potential and making your greatest impact.

I’m opening 3 slots for individual coaching starting in April. Interested in exploring coaching for yourself? Respond to this email or grab a complimentary convo here.

Happy International Women's Day to all the phenomenal women out there! Keep shining bright.
